If we can’t accept both good and bad, we develop emotional and performance problems. We must have awareness of both: holding onto the ideal, and accepting the reality of not the ideal. We embrace failure and go toward problems, with a lack of judgment and the presence of forgiveness. To integrate good and bad, we must openly talk about our failures so that we might be healed.
