Feedback often gets a bad rap but a life without feedback simply doesn’t work. The way we give feedback is where issues arise. There’s an emotional component about how it feels to be on the end of receiving feedback. When the motivate for giving feedback is helpful and the receiver feel hugged by it, they move toward the feedback; so that’s the best place to start.
