In Part 1 of this 2-part series, Dr. Cloud discusses stress. When our capacity gets overtaxed, we feel stressed. But what’s causing it? And how do we deal with it? If we’re honest, we don’t want to change ourselves, we want the stressor to change. There are three areas where we are affected by stress–physically, mentally, and relationally. In this video, Dr. Cloud looks at the first two areas, and identifies three sources of stress. He teaches us how to recognize these sources and offers practices to overcome them.
